This page describes the methods of managing the site with reference to the processing of personal data of users who consult it. This is an information notice also provided pursuant to the GDPR regulation "Regulation on the protection of personal data". Specific security measures are observed to prevent data loss, unlawful or incorrect use, and unauthorized access.

The User's Personal Data may be used for the defense by the Controller in court or in the preparatory stages to its possible establishment, from abuses in the use of the same or related services by the User.
The computer systems and software procedures used to operate this website acquire, during their normal operation, some personal data whose transmission is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols. This information is not collected to be associated with identified interested parties, but by its very nature could, through processing and association with data held by third parties, allow users to be identified.

b) the deletion, transformation into anonymous form or blocking of data processed in violation of the law, including those whose retention is not necessary in relation to the purposes for which the data were collected or subsequently processed;
c) certification that the operations referred to in letters a) and b) have been brought to the attention, also as regards their content, of those to whom the data have been communicated or disseminated, except where this proves impossible or involves a manifestly disproportionate use of means compared to the right protected.
4. The data subject has the right to object, in whole or in part, for legitimate reasons to the processing of personal data concerning him or her, even if pertinent to the purpose of collection.
